Elizabeth Floersheimer is Creator and Founder of the brand Cuca Cucina, Founder of The Samuel Floersheimer Foundation and currently the Private Chef for The Distillery Project in the West Loop.

In April of 2019 Elizabeth and her son and co-creator Samuel Floersheimer were semi-finalists on Windy city Live and Peapod’s Next Best Contest. Elizabeth and Samuel were then awarded a production and distribution partnership by Peapod for their Cuca Cucina brand.

Elizabeth is a single mother who resides in Chicago with her two children, Samuel and Eliana.

 

Dedicated to providing organic, sustainable, high quality food products
