Our Story
Cuca Cucina is handmade, healthy comfort food crafted by professional chef & entrepenuer Elizabeth Floersheimer.
At the heart of Cuca is The Tart™. Hand-rolled European butter crust, thoughtfully layered ingredients and a personality all her own. Not quite pizza. She’s a tart, after all.
Cuca’s story is also deeply connected to the Samuel Floersheimer Foundation and its mission to create more opportunities for people with special abilities.
As Cuca grows, so does the table, with new flavors, new partnerships and plenty more to come.
